EDUCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

Keeping in mind the outbreak of COVID across the country and the possible demise of it, we have decided to complete our training program through kiosk learning.

Purpose:-

The purpose of learning through kiosk is to give tech-enabled application and resources, self-paced learning to our candidates in their nearest areas through a blended learning model.

Infrastructure of kiosk:-

The Kiosk is equipped a sitting arrangement for 5 candidates at a time, and a computer with large display/projector. Candidates can sit at kiosk maximum for 2 Hours (this is the standard duration of a session) and access the tech-enabled training tools/resources to improve their learning levels of their job role on the training module/platform developed for this purpose. The Kiosk will facilitate the candidates to improve their learning levels at any stage as well as to develop IT literacy skills.And the candidateswill also have the opportunity to get registered themselves in a Kiosk appropriate to their convenience.

These are the places where the Kiosk Learning will take place

Methods of training delivery in Kiosk:-

  • In every Kiosk 10-12 candidates residing at nearest places can be enrolled.
  • Only the registered candidates will be allowed to go in their concerned Kiosk.
  • We schedule a time table and according to that 5 candidates can go and take their session at a time.

 

 

Training Videos:-

Our trainers started recording live class videos to be shared to respective what’s app training group so that the course content could be delivered to all students. Trainers created new readable course modules and after that record live class videos related to those modules.

Process of training delivery in Kiosk:-

After the setup of Kiosk Centerwe will start training process of the new batch.

Procedure (steps):-

1. We will make different groups for them according to their center

2.  Training will be conducted in the following way

  • Introductory sessions for all new students
  • Sending Notes in what’s app Group
  • Sending Recorded class videos
  • Sending Zoom meeting link for live problem solving session

Benefits of Kiosk Learning:-
  • Even in this situation of COVID, we will be keeping in touch with the students and train them.
  • This method will provide candidates live like training through virtual reality method of training.
  • It also helpful for us to mobilize new candidates of the concern area of that kiosk.
  • The parents are now more excited and agree to send their kids to our center as the kiosk is now nearest in their area.
  • The question-answering is easier as there are only 5 candidates at a time to attend the session.
  • The kiosk will be more benifitial for those who has no facility of smartphone as they can get all theclass releted information in the kiosk
