Career planning and growth of the SSEPS takes place through the following steps:
a. Developing a growth oriented hierarchy structure ( All positions in SSEPS depicted in the hierarchy)
b. Career Growth of an individual in SSEPS depicted ( based on Performance Appraisal )
c. Increments & Promotions provided based on Performance Appraisal.
d) Successors to each position developed. This will also be depicted as second line in each position Job description.
