My name is Ashish Doriya, I am from Jaipur, I come from a middle class family we are 4 Member in family including parents and a younger brother . my father work in factory as a labor but he was just removed from the job due to lock down which the expenses of my family's house could not be fulfilled. I completed my study till 12th, so I decide to start working.

After 12th I was not able to get a job anywhere. Because I didn't have that much qualification I can work somewhere I knew about Swayam training centre through  social media, I visited the swayam training  centre & collect all the information about the course. I took admission in the Assistant Electrician course. After completion of 2 months training (theory and practical) & OJT ,Swayam placement team conducted my interview in Kasliwal Electricals. I got selected as an Assistant Electrician and my salary is 10,000/- .

My family is so proud of me and Now I am able to support my family .
